A short call over Teams to get a general picture of where you need help, followed by a meeting at our office in Mayfair or at yours. Once we understand how you work and what you require, we put a proposal together.

A structured review of your IT followed by a controlled handover. Expectations are set in writing and kept.
Direct access and a quarterly review
Clients work directly with the senior team and can pick up the phone, write or arrange a meeting at any time. Each quarter we review your IT ourselves, then meet to work through anything that needs addressing and to plan improvements for the year ahead.

A trading desk at sea
A principal chose to work his summer from his yacht. We fitted the vessel with a Bloomberg terminal, screens and resilient connectivity to match his desk in London, and the summer proceeded without interruption.
An additional office in Milan
A client asked us to establish an additional office abroad as a replica of the London headquarters. We delivered it in Milan with local partners to our standards and staff now move between the family's locations without friction.
Private Swiss hosting
A wealth manager wanted client data kept offshore rather than in the UK. We host their systems on private servers in Switzerland, held in their name and managed by us from London.
I have worked in IT for more than twenty years and have owned and run IT services businesses since 2005. The clients I know best are family offices, investment firms and private individuals.
