Our security baseline
Every Microsoft 365 tenant we manage is measured against our own gold standard, a baseline built over years and reviewed as the threats change. Multi-factor authentication on every account, without exception. Legacy and high-risk sign-ins blocked. Administrative access granted only when needed and only for as long as needed. A device must meet our security requirements before it reaches your data, and a device that falls out of line loses access. Your domain is protected against impersonation, so criminals cannot send email that appears to come from you. And the configuration is documented for every client, so what is in place can be evidenced, and each quarter we measure your IT against the standard and close any gaps.
Implementation and migration
We take on Microsoft 365 in whatever state it arrives, including tenants still running older Office 365 plans. We migrate tenants, merge them and rescue those locked to a reseller's management, and we carry email, identities and files across without loss. Security is decided first, then the migration is built around it.
SharePoint, set up properly
SharePoint fails when permissions are an afterthought. We design the site structure and permission groups around who may see what, so partners, staff and outside advisers each reach exactly the documents intended for them, and nothing else.
Working from anywhere, securely
Where people work outside the business, from home, abroad or on their own devices, the protection travels with them. On phones, company data lives only inside contained, managed apps. On personal laptops, work happens through a secure cloud desktop inside your protected Microsoft 365. Nothing sensitive rests on the machine in front of them.
Backed up and recoverable
We back up your email, files, SharePoint and Teams independently of Microsoft, keep a year of history as standard and hold it longer where regulation requires. Every quarter we test a restore and document the result, so the backup is proven, not assumed.
Licensing
We supply and manage your Microsoft licensing, and we licence every user to the same full security standard, with no partial deployments and no unprotected corners. We review it regularly, remove what is unused and recommend changes when your needs move, so you pay for what you actually use.
Copilot
Microsoft's AI tools arrive inside the platform you already run. We enable Copilot where it earns its place, configured so your data stays inside your tenancy and never enters any public system.
