Mayfair Tech provides IT support for high net worth individuals from Albemarle Street in Mayfair, London. We support the principal and their private wealth, held separate from the companies they own and handled by us alone. Private affairs remain private.
Some individuals carry the complexity of an organisation in their own right, and they justify dedicated IT support of their own. That is what we provide. A principal may own businesses, and in some cases we support those too, but private affairs are kept apart from any company's systems, and a company's IT department has no place on the private side of that line.
In practice that means private communications hosted away from the public cloud where sensitivity requires it, including our own offshore hosting in Switzerland. Personal devices are set up and managed for the principal and the family.
Often it is the principal's assistant or chief of staff who looks after the IT on their behalf. We work with them in plain language, carry the technical detail ourselves and stay a phone call away. We are the IT specialists, so the people supporting the principal never have to be.
Much of the work is done in person. Discretion governs the whole service, our access is logged and our client relationships are never disclosed.
